ILS provides a comprehensive home care plan, based on individual need, that may include skilled nursing services, personal care, homemaker/chore services, physical, speech and/or occupational services, social services and home delivered meals. These comprehensive plans are evaluated by our interdisciplinary team on a routine and/or as needed basis and adjusted to accommodate each individual's changing needs.
